1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Blossom Dreams website and the booking of salon services.

2. Booking Contract

A booking becomes a binding appointment once confirmed by the salon (status "confirmed"). Pending bookings are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) and include applicable taxes. The salon reserves the right to update prices; confirmed bookings honor the price at confirmation time.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5. Liability

The salon is not liable for indirect damages. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design are owned by Blossom Dreams.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut.

8. Changes

Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
